It`s not necessary to uninstall it from the old computer but you need to deactivate the license from Studio > Help > Product activation in order to activate it on the new one.
If you can`t deactivate it from Studio you can try to reset the license from your RWS account as described in this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0038545
