Hello, I managed before to get Trados running on my laptop in addition to my desktop version. I had to reinstall Windows on the Laptop for some other reason and now I cannot re-do it and have forgotten how I did it :/ Help anyone? Thanks!

Install Studio on your laptop, login to your RWS account, then reset one of your licenses online and activate Studio with the code which becomes free. It is possible, if you have the Freelance+ license. Otherwise you need to upgrade your license to Freelance+, as only with such license you can activate Studio on 2 independent computers.

Right I just noticed that I might have been using the Trial version on the laptop before. So I just upgraded to Freelance + and it is not showing under licenses. I don't know what to do now. I received the confirmation email and payment went through :/ It is simply not there.
Either wait a bit or go to your RWS account and select Support, then "Help for licensing and installation".
