Hello. I upgraded to 2021. The upgrade was processed, but I am unable to access my license to see the activation code - the page returns an error message (that an error has occurred) and recommends that I reload. That does not work. Signing in and out does not work. Shutting everything down and restarting my computer doesn't work. And this has been happening for hours and hours. And of course "support" is unavailable. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
