Hello there, I have been trying to upgrade from SDL Trados 2019 Freelance 15.2.8.3007 to SDL Trados 2021 Freelance Plus 16.2.9.9198 but the license upgrade page froze on me so I refreshed the webpage. Since then I am unable to upgrade my license because webpage doesn't open anymore. Can you please help me?
