Cannot download free apps from AppStore: No license for supported product

Question

I can see my trados studio 2019 freelance plus in RWS account. However, I cannot download free apps from the RWS AppStore site. A waring says I do not own a license of supported product. 
 I have tried the following two free apps, "MyMemory" and "Web Lookup!", which I think support my version of trados.

 There was a general issue with the download from Appstore but it was fixed now. Can you check to see if it works for you now?
