Please try to reset the license from your RWS account as described in this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0038545
If you don`t know which one belongs to you laptop you can deactivate / reactivate the license from your PC from Studio > Help > Product activation in order to change the activation date and then you`ll know to reset the other one.
