Hello, I downloaded the MultiTerm .exe to my computer, but I am not able to install it as the following message shows up:
"As error occurred and the program was aborted. You can try running the program again but if the same problem repeats, please generate a debug log (usually found in C:\ProgramData\SDL\Chainer\Logs) and contact technical support.
SuiteLoadException
Error reading the suite file, 'C:\ProgramData\PackageCache\SDL\SDLMultiTermDesktop2019\sdl.multiterm.client.suite'."
Any advice, please?
