I have a Studio 2021 license but I need to open translation packages. So either I would like to successfully install the plugin to be able to do this in Studio 2021 or I would have to reinstall 2019 but I can't find the license in my account on your site.
Could you please help me ?

If you`re referring to the WorldServer Compatibility Pack for Trados Studio you can download and install it from here: https://appstore.sdl.com/language/app/worldserver-compatibility-pack-for-trados-studio/1102/
If you don`t know which version of the plugin to install please go in Studio > Help > About SDL Trados Studio and send me a screenshot or tell me the exact version you have installed.
If you`re referring to another plugin let me know which one.
