Can you please provide more details? What kind of upgrade are you trying to process (license upgrade, Studio software upgrade)? Do you have an error message?

Thank you for your quick response. It is about upgrade from SDL Trados 2017 to 2021.
For the automatic updates of SDL tradios an error message is shown: "Automatic Updates for SDL Trados Studio: Update failed. Information about the automatic updates could not be downloaded. Eventually the Update server is not available. Error apperaed on the attempt to open the http file .....
While for signing into my RWS account in SDL Trados Studio I enter my account name, password, and press the button "sign in", but also after 40 minutes it is still trying to login.

Regarding the account login please try with another browser or to clear the current web browser cache, cookies, and history as described here: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0025485
If you want to install Studio 2021 please download it from here and install it:

The installation issue is solved now thanks to your download link.
Anyway, the login-issue could not be solved by clearing the web browser. Please find here the error message: "There could be a misconfiguration in the system or a service outage. We track these errors automatically, but if the problem persists feel free to contact us.

Can you check if you can access https://languagecloud.sdl.com/ from a browser? If yes, please try the following:
1. Close Trados
2. Copy/paste this path in File Explorer, in Windows: C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio16
3. Delete any file with the name LanguageCloudMachineTranslation.bin
This resets the Language Cloud login settings on your computer
4. Open Trados and sign back in to Language Cloud
