You can purchase a Freelance licence and share the activation code between you so that only one of you works with the software at any one time. This is because the Freelance licence is a single user licence. We also have a Freelance Plus licence, and this allows a single user to have two computers that they own, activated at the same time. But this is a still a single user licence.
The only way to resolve your request in a way that doesn't break the EULA (End User Licence Agreement) is for you to purchase two Freelance licences. That is the only advice we can provide you with in this forum.
