Studio 2021 Freelance Plus - Cannot reactivate license on laptop (second computer)

Hello! I have deactivated Studio 2021 Freelance Plus license on both my PC and my laptop in order to install Studio 2021 on a new PC. Installation and activation on my new PC have worked fine, but I cannot reactivate the license on my laptop. Could you please help? Thanks in advance, Elena
