studio 2011 does error messages with license

Studio 2011 suddenly tells me that me that there is a problem accessing the license. I cannot deactivate it and reinstalling did not help either. No options to choose from availabe from the buttons, as following error messages occur: Error message in Trados Studio 2011 product activation window saying 'Offline deactivation failed. You can only call this method if the 'ActivationMethods' 'InternetActivated' or 'LicenseCertificate' is OK'.Error message in Trados Studio 2011 product activation window stating 'Error retrieving license. Deactivation failed. Required rights not available (Support-Reference: InsufficientPrivileges -108)'.

Pls help as I need to get it to run quickly again.
