SDL Language Cloud Machine Translation Not Working

I have been using SDL Cloud Machine translation for years and been satisfied.


In Project Settings/Translation Memories, when I hover above SDL Cloud Machine Translation after having selected it, I get the message “The translation provider required for this entry is not installed on this machine".

On the Editing page, I get the message "Engine for this Translation provider not found".

I am also encountering the same problem with MyMemory with the latest plugin (just reinstalled to make sure) installed with the 2017 Trados Studio version.

I have the same problem on two machines.

I have so much work ahead, I am desperate!

Thanks in advance!

If you can help me, I promise I will upgrade to Studio 2021 Slight smile
