Hello, I am trying to return my PC license to set up a new PC and reinstall etc.
I am getting an error when I try to return the certificate out of the program and it's telling me to contact an admin. I am being sent down rabbit holes following your instructions on how to return licenses offline. Please help me. I only have this tiny time window this afternoon to switch machines. Really

You can deactivate the license from the current computer from Studio > Help > Product Activation or you can try to reset the license from your RWS account as described in this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0038545
If none of these solutions doesn`t work please open a new thread and I`ll log a support case for you.
