Hello,
I am trying to deactivate Trados on my old pc and reactivate it on my new pc. I deactivated the programm offline and received offline deactivation ticket.
Now I downloaded the program on my new pc from my SDL account and try to activate but whenever I put my license number in the program a message saying ""No licenses are currently available for the specified activation code."
Could you please help or let me know what I am doing wrong?

I tried to reset my license in the Licenses page, but that doesn't work either.
