I'm not able to access the Language Cloud (Weaver) function in Trados 2019 and 2021. I want to try the free NMT (a certain number of free characters I think) that comes with the license to see how it goes. It says I need to sign in, but when I try to, it doesn't work. Here is what it says (sorry it's in French):
We have three licenses in our account, but only two would be using it. One is 2019 and the other one is 2021.
