Hi,
I need to use my licensed copy of SDL Trados Studio 2017 on a reinstalled operating system and need to reset my license, as I no longer have access to the old installed OS. I tried to do it myself, but I got an error message saying I have exceeded the number of license resets available. Could someone please help me reset my license, so that I can activate Trados on my new PC? As soon as possible, because I have a project I need to work on.
