My Trados Studio 2021 stopped working and won't launch I reinstalled it but my license is not deactivated before the reinstall.
I tried an offline deactivation but when I pasted the Deactivation Certificate I received the following error:
An error has occurred with your offline-deactivation. If you continue to have problems, please Please log a support request.
What can I do in this case?
