AGAIN activation issue of account of Trados 2021

Question

I am having a load of problems AGAIN with my activation of my trados 2021. This is not the first time that I lost the activation and functionality of Trados, and I am now VERY frustrated about your activation system.

All other programs with licensing where I pay a subscription is working easily. You pay, and your account is renewed automatically. With TRADOS I have to make jumps and bend over to get this damn thing to work.

I now purchased a Freelance license since my account was blocked. NORMALLY no freaking big deal. You pay and it works, but NOOOOO not with Trados.

I CANT GET ACTIVATED MY TRADOS, AND I AM HAVING TRANSLATIONS NEARING ITS DEADLINES.

SORRY, but I am SO frustrated about your avtivation/licensing system that I am on the brink to find alternatives to Trados

Hello 
 You purchased a Trados Studio subscription not a perpetual license so you don`t have an activation code. The subscription can be activated following the steps from this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0039952

 Yes, a perpetual license is valid until you decide to upgrade.
