I bought my license for upgrading to SDL Trados 2021 yesterday and paid by wire transfer, but I still cannot see my license number in my personal area... How long does it take to get it? I need to start working on a project asap, I would link to send the receipt of the bank transfer but cannot find an email to write to.

did you purchase a subscription or a permanent licence? If the former you don’t get an activation code, you use the second tab in the product activation window and just sign in.
Also… if you have not used 2021 before you presumably have the 30-day trial available which is a fully featured version so you could still work now.

I bought a permanent license, as an upgrade from SDL Trados 2019... apparently I cannot use the trial, as when I start the application it asks me for the activation code with no option to select the trial version...
have you processed the upgrade on your account? When you log into your account you should see a message telling you upgrades are available. You have e to give up your 2019 licence to make the 2021 licence available.

I don't see such a message... I only see that in the Order section the Order Status is "Payment requested - Awaiting payment from you ", and in the License section I have until 2019, not 2021 yet
