Hi, I did two things I probably shouldn't have:

1) I downloaded SDL Trados via Parallels Desktop on a Mac, and later deleted Parallels (as I decided to try and use Bootcamp instead) but without deactivating my licence. 

2) Subsequently I deleted and reinstalled my hard disk without deactivating my SDL Trados Studio 2019 licence first. I now cannot find SDL Trados on my Mac (not surprising, since I downloaded it to the Virtual Windows desktop via Parallels).

I am now trying to download SDL Trados Studio, using the same licence, on a Windows desktop computer. I am having trouble as I according to my Account details my licence is still 'in use'. I need to deactivate it on the Mac but can't as I cannot find it there!!! Any ideas anyone?
