I am just trying to get an activation code .

I have 50 k words to translate NOW. You are talking about PRODUCTIVITY?

I knew it would be a pain in the ass just like every time I have upgraded since 2009.

I am fed up with Trados complicated licensing process and supposedly “perpetual” licenses.

Do I have to read how to during one day? Do I have to buy a support contract to get the activation code I bought??

It’s the last time I get caught; I am looking at other CAT tools.

Studio is the most expensive. 

It's so complicated to license, and you're just sending me pages from RWS Community on licensing. What a great service!

Just give me a damn activation code for the product I bought.

Thank you again Trados for having me loosing time (again 2009-2011-2014-2017) on activation instead of using this time on my translations.

And you are talking about "productivity"??
