How to reactivate SDL Trados 2017

Hi,
I opened SDL Trados 2017 for the first time in a long time. Says I don't have an activation key, logged into my account, there's no license available. The option to Reset a license is not showing as seen on the help page either. I haven't deactivated anything or changed computer. Simply inactive for a while. Where and how can I get this sorted out? How do I reach support?
