Network license will not activate after 2019 upgrade

Hello,

We've recently upgraded a network license of 4 floating licenses to SDL Trados Studio 2019 Professional (Network SN)

After we connect to the license server, we get the following message:

SDL Trados Studio 2019 Product Activation screen showing an error message 'Evaluation Expired 25' with an 'Activate' button below.

Then, when we click "activate", It returns us to the original activation dialogue where you enter key/select activation method.

It seems to behave as if a trial had ended, but we finalized the purchase of the upgrade in January.

Can you help us configure the license server to work?
