Have upgraded to Studio 2021 today due to issues related to that same problem.
Am using Windows7, have downloaded the TLS 1.2.reg file.
But still stuck and cannot get any project from the RWS team.
Can you help ASAP ?

Please go to Studio > Help > About SDL Trados Studio and let me know the exact version / built you`re using. Also let me know what version of GroupShare are you using.
Do you have any error messages when trying to connect to GroupShare?
Tee easiest solution would be to upgrade to Windows 10 or 11 as Windows 7 is no longer supported.
