Hi, I can´t deavtivate my licence for SDL Studio 2021 online on my computer (error 144: unknown error code, cannot print error message). I tried to deavtivate the licence offline but that did'nt work ether. When I copy the Deactivation Authorization to the computer I get the message: "Failed to deactivate offline [...] Validate your Deactivation Authorization against the authorization in your account". The codes are the same.
I can't reset the licence ether.
Please help me asp, I need to work on my laptop!!!!
