Good morning,

I tried to deactivate a licence (studio 2021 freelance plus) directly on Studio so as to install it on my new computer but I get the message

"close the other instances before deactivating the licence"

But there are not other instances running.

I restarted the computer but nothing changed... 

I then tried to deactivate if offline but it's impossible. I would like to deactivate the license that was activated on 18/01/2021 to activate it on another computer.

Could you please help me ? (I did the same process last week for another computer and you solved the issue)
