Hi, I'm trying to deactivate one of the two installs for my Freelance licence (the one that's still running Studio 2019) so I can reactivate it on my new laptop. However, online activation doesn't work ("Login for this product key has been restricted"), and nor does offline activation ("The specified deactivation authorization may not be valid"). As far as I can tell, I'm simply copying and pasting the deactivation code from my Studio account as instructed. Can you help, please?
