All you have to do is deactivate your licence in the old computer first. Then activate it in your new computer. You do the activation and deactivation here under product activation:
You can install Trados Studio in your new computer ready, but just don't activate until you have deactivated it in the old one. Also worth noting that even if you make a mistake it won't be the end of the world... we'll still help you!
