Unexpected exception when initializing view part Fragment Matches - Resolution is not working

Hello,

I'm working with SDL Trados Studio 2021 SR1 - 16.1.4.4184 and get the error: "Unexpected exception when initializing view part Fragment Matches".

I found the resolution on page https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0034055 but that does not seem to work.

Are there any other solutions that can help solve this issue?
