App bugs but I am not allowed to reset

Hello,

once more I cannot start Trados 2019, "evaluation period expired". But I am not on an evaluation period. Moreover, when I go again through the process to reset the licence in order to reinstall the key, I get an error code that I cannot do it more than 3 times a year, so I am stuck.
What's that??? I request a reset only because the application requests me to do it, I had no issues working on it this morning. So if your app is unstable and needs to be reinstalled for no reason, please at least let me reset it as many times as your app bugs.

Client's deadlines are short, and I cannot afford to spend hours fixing technical issues that seem to come from nowhere.

Please reactivate my license asap.
