Error message "Setup has detected a higher version..."

Question

Good morning, 
 
 I had to uninstall Studio 2017 because of a bug, and now I'm trying to reinstall it, but I get the following error message : 
 Setup has detected a higher version of this product already installed. If you still wish to install this version, you must remove the other version first. 
 
 I tried to solve the problem with the following solution : https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0032886 
 But even when installing manually the 3 components, the problem is not solved. 
 
 I hope you'll be able to help me...

 Please download and try to install the latest version of Studio 2017 from the following link: https://downloadcentercdn.sdl.com/tp/Trados/T2017/CUs/Studio2017SR1_CU18.zip 
 If you receive the same error message try one more time the steps from the article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0032886
