After delicensing Trados 2014 unable to install it on new computer.

Hello, 

After delicensing Trados 2014 on one laptop, I am unable to install it on another laptop. 

I begin the installation, but an error message appears before the installation is complete.

A .docx file with a screenshot of the error message is attached to this email.

Any help from Trados is appreciated.
