When I start Trados 2021 Freelance it says the license is expired and won't activate even though I copy & paste the activation code from my SDL account. I have an active perpetual license since 2020! I would like to know how to activate and use Trados ASAP.

This usually happens if the Computer name or the Disk ID (hardware related) changes on your computer. This could also be cause by other actions on your computer, like Windows updates, so I can`t tell for sure what caused it.
