Hi, I have a Trados license Freelance studio plus  and I have it activated on 2 different computers. As I've just bought a new computer, I'd like to deactivate the license on one of the two old computers and activate it on the new one while keeping it activated on the other one. As I keep receiving the message "There are multiple instances of the application running. Close the other instances before deactivating the license" even though Trados in not running on the other pc, I need your help in this operation.
