I just recently purchased a new laptop and installed Studio 2021 on it. After deactivating the old installation of Studio, I still cannot active the new installation (RWS account shows that all licenses are activated, but that is not true) and also the offline deactivation does not work ("An error has occurred with your offline-deactivation. If you continue to have problems, please Please log a support request.").
Can anyone help?
