My computer crashed and I had to re-install. In the meantime I work on another machine but it needs product activation. I have licence for two products, but the licence info on your website says both are used. I can't reset the licence for my Studio 2021. I get an error massage. Could you reset it manually on your side so that I can use my softwareon two machines?
