Error when starting Studio: "Service 'Sdl.TranslationStudio.AlignmentEditor.IAlignmentEditorService' could not be started"

Question

Hello, 
 I have Studio 2021 SR" and it was working fine yesterday but when I came to start it today, I got the above message. I've followed the suggestions in the Knowledge Base/Community (renaming files, repairing, using Freshstart and even uninstalled and reinstalled Studio, but all to no avail. Can anyone help? I really don't know what else to try!
