I am using the old Trados version, and I see an announcement that everyone should switch to the latest version of Trados (Trados 2021), I also look forward to making use of the latest features soon. So how do I update them? how are the steps and sequence? Instruct me. Thank You

Help tab > Check for updates on first Trados Studio then MultiTerm - you need to open MultiTerm to do this.
If you click on 'Check for Updates' a notification will appear to the right of your screen, here:
Click on that and it will download your update
Click again and it will install your update
Open MultiTerm and repeat
In both cases, the Notifications window pops open left to right. If you want to keep it open, you must pin it. (the 'There are no notifications' message means my software is up to date already...)
