I have 2 licences, one on my laptop and one on my desktop PC. Last night, on my laptop, while working on GroupShare files, Studio suddenly closed and when I tried to open it again, I had this message saying that my licence has expired. However when I copy/paste the key given on my account profile it doesn't recognize it. I couldn't retrieve my files to keep working by switching on my desktop PC as Studio won't open and the files were still open in GroupShare.
Fortunately I was able to reinstall Trados 2017 on my laptop, reopen the project in it, close properly the files that were still open in GroupShare, check them in, remove the project from Studio and save them to work on my desktop PC where I have Trados 2021 still working (luckily!). However I still have the issue on my laptop, my license still appears as expired and won't recognize the key purchased.
