I recently upgraded my SDL Trados Studio Freelance Plus 2019 software to SDL Trados freelance Plus 2021. Unfortunately, I did not deactivate my 2019 license and instead activated the license on the 2021 trial version of the software. It did not work. I have tried several times to activate, deactivate and even reset the license to no avail. I can neither use my SDL Trados 2019 nor the 2021 license. However, it clear shows on my RWS account that my license is functional. Please help because I am confused.
