What can you see in the FILTER BY box? It should read 'All Products' to display all your licenses.

An item on the dropdown menu from that may inadvertently have been selected. Click on the down arrow to see a dropdown list of your licenses to filter by...

Your list won't look exactly like mine but is it possible that somehow SDL Trados Studio 2014 has been selected on that list?

Sometimes accidentally pressing two or more keys together can cause strange software behaviour.

Here's hoping this is all it is!

The filter is set to 'All Products'. All I see in the list is the licences that show on the page.
