After installing Trados on a new laptop I was able to activate my current license. However, that laptop turned defective and, thus I restored and returned it for a refund. Before that deactivated the license. Now I have purchased a new laptop and reinstalled Trados, but it seems that I don't have an existing license anymore. I do not understand what happened since that was not my intention.
I have a valid purchase order (through a reseller) from September 2021. How can I recover my license? I don't see a link for RWS to provide me with support on the matter.
