my old computer crashed, so I did not deactivate trados 2017, and now it still shows In Use, so I cannot activate it on my new computer. I tried to reset it but it doesn't work.

You can reset your own license by using the Self Service option in your MySDL account for Trados Studio 2015, 2017, 2019 and 2021.
Use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.

I have already tried it several times, but when it reaches step 7, instead of receiving the message Reset successful I get an error message and to contact Support.
