I encountered a problem with my laptop in which the SDL Trados Studio 2019 Freelance is installed and I took my laptop a repair center without deactivate the program. After getting the computer back, I found that the program lost from my computer. I cannot use the licences I purchased because I did not deactivate it first. How can I do to return to use the same license?
