I reinstalled it but it didn't help.
I wil try to reinstall all once again but I can't deactivate the licence and the reset is impossible as the system says.

What doesn`t work? Do you have an error message when trying to start Studio? If yes, please send a screenshot.

There is nothing on my screen. I can't either open my newly reinstalled SDL because the activation code is "busy".
The resetting is impossible.
