I would like to deactivate the second Licence of Trados 2021

Dear Sir/Madam,

I want to dectivate the 2nd Licence of my Trados 2021, because I would like to install it in a new PC. The problem I face is the well known one "Error [143]..." I have tried the solution proposed here:

Nevertheless, it did not work.

Additionally, when I try to Reset the License or Deactivate offline the licence, I get the message:

An error has occurred

An email has been sent to support to inform them of the error.
