How long do i have to wait to License my Software?

I have purchased Trados Studio 2021 SR2 because I have an urgent job. The confirmation saids: Your licenses will be available for you very shortly. You will be notified by email that your licenses are available for you to generate. 
 BUT WHEN WILL IT BE??

 I`ve check your account and the license is available under Products & Plans > Licenses. You can activate it as described in this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0039555
