My Trados Studio installation appears to be corrupted (having worked fine for several months). Scrolling the screen is weird - only parts of the top and bottom scroll and become squashed, i.e., it is unusable.

I was thinking to uninstall/reinstall Trados (in the hope that it is just a corrupted installation), but I cannot deactivate my license* for some reason (something about revocation either being complete or some other condition).

*My understanding is that I have to deactivate prior to uninstalling/reinstalling Trados, otherwise I will not be able to continue using the current activation code.

Furthermore. I am in the middle of a big job (deadline fast approaching) of 68,000 word, and have saved the project files to Google Drive. I assume I need to do this as uninstalling/resinstalling will lose my current projects, which would be a major disaster.

I need this fixed quick as I have other jobs to complete today, and I cannot do anything with Trados in its current state.
