Hello,

It looks like I'm unable to activate Trados 2019 after installing it on a new laptop and deactivating the license on the old laptop.

I tried to activate it using online activation, but when I copy/paste the activation code, nothing happens, the Activate button stays grayed out.

When launching Trados on the old laptop, I see the Evaluation Expired [37] message.

I have two licenses listed under my account: 

The first one is marked as inactive but has the Reset License link next to it. However, when I click on it, nothing happens.

The second one doesn't have the reset option. It does have the Extra Activations next to it, but as I said, the activation code isn't working.
